Bitcoin’s price jumped 12%, while Ethereum soared 11% over the past week. Most altcoins joined in on the upswing: Cardano is up 9%, Solana 22%, Dogecoin 18%, Shiba Inu 16%, BNB 17%, and XRP 23%.

A new advocacy group representing bitcoin miners is gearing up to influence voters in states that will be key to control of Washington in November’s elections.

The plan: to disseminate information about Bitcoin to voters ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

The nonpartisan group, called the Bitcoin Voter Project, plans to take a different approach than other initiatives like Stand With Crypto.

The new project aims to inform individuals about digital finance, advocating for Bitcoin’s benefits for financial sovereignty, literacy, and inclusivity.
